Photography enquiries
The enquiry form lets you review your details before sending them. When you choose “Send my enquiry”, we save your name, email address, project brief and any optional contact or photography details in the Packshots Pro customer relationship system so the studio can respond. Your enquiry is hosted using Vercel and Neon. Submitting an enquiry does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing.
A reference is shown after your enquiry has been saved. The form does not upload photographs; the studio can arrange these with you when responding. We use a daily rotating, protected hash of your network address and request times to limit spam. A protected request fingerprint helps us avoid duplicate enquiries after connection failures; it does not contain the readable enquiry text.
Packshots Pro uses the information you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss your photography. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry. Use the contact form below with questions about your information.
Photography planning guide
When you send a message in the automated planning guide, your conversation and photography brief are sent to OpenAI to prepare a reply. Please leave out personal or confidential information. The guide has no access to your account, email or product photos. It does not submit an enquiry.
Your draft is kept in this browser tab for up to 24 hours and can be removed using Clear draft. We keep request times and a monthly rotating, protected hash of your network address to enforce usage limits; this budget record does not contain your message text. Browsing the website
The website and its image hosting providers process the technical information needed to deliver pages and images, such as your IP address. Some optional browsing preferences, including FAQ feedback, may be stored in your browser. Account registration, newsletter signup and online payments are not available on this website.
