The details matter

Markings, surfaces and components.

Keep markings readable
Photograph the model references, size markings and labels that buyers use to identify the product.
Describe the surface
Chrome, powder coat, timber and rubber need different lighting. Close views show the finish and visible construction.
Account for every component
A laid-out kit helps buyers see the supplied parts. We work from your contents list so nothing is added or left ambiguous.

How we price your shoot ↗
  1. Send the product details

Send SKU lists, dimensions, weights and kit contents. Include operating or handling instructions and identify the markings that must be readable.

  2. Agree the shots and price

We confirm the views, styling, samples, retouching and finished files. You receive an itemised estimate before booking.

  3. Send your products to York

We photograph the agreed brief and prepare your images for review. Delivery timing and return arrangements are confirmed with you.

Let’s look at your products

What are you
working on?

A catalogue update, new fittings or a complete tool kit. Send a product list and the details buyers need to identify.

A product link or rough brief is enough to start. We will come back with a plan and a price.

Plan your shoot ↗
How is the photography priced?

We quote for your products, the agreed shots, preparation and retouching. Send a product list and the images you need for an itemised estimate. Packshots Pro is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT.

Can you photograph complete tool kits?

Yes. Send the contents list and tell us whether you need the case open, components laid out, individual tools or a combination.

Can you include dimensions or specifications?

We can plan graphics using dimensions and specifications you supply and approve. Photographs show the product; they do not replace verified technical data.

Can you handle large or heavy items?

Send dimensions, weight and delivery requirements before arranging transport. We confirm studio access, handling and the suitable shot approach first.

Can I book a small shoot?

Yes. There is no minimum order. We can photograph a single product or plan a larger range, with the shots and price agreed before you book.

When will I receive the images?

Tell us your deadline when you enquire. We confirm studio availability, review stages and delivery timing before booking, together with the finished file formats and included amendments.
