The details matter

Markings, connectors and kit contents.

Identify the part
Part numbers, labels and distinguishing features deserve deliberate views, not a crop from the main image.
Show how it connects
Mounting points, connectors and opposite-side views help describe the component. Compatibility still comes from your verified fitment data.
Make the kit complete
We photograph the supplied set against your contents list, with fixings and accessories arranged so they can be counted.

How we price your shoot ↗

Planning your shoot

From your brief
to the finished files.

How we price your shoot ↗
  1. Send the product details

Send part numbers, dimensions, weights and a kit contents list. Identify critical fittings and let us know about oils, batteries or special handling requirements before shipping.

  2. Agree the shots and price

We confirm the views, styling, samples, retouching and finished files. You receive an itemised estimate before booking.

  3. Send your products to York

We photograph the agreed brief and prepare your images for review. Delivery timing and return arrangements are confirmed with you.

Let’s look at your products

What are you
working on?

A parts catalogue, new accessory or a kit with several components. Send the references and the angles buyers need.

A product link or rough brief is enough to start. We will come back with a plan and a price.

How is the photography priced?

We quote for your products, the agreed shots, preparation and retouching. Send a product list and the images you need for an itemised estimate. Packshots Pro is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT.

Can photos confirm whether a part fits a vehicle?

Photos can show connectors, mounting points and markings. Vehicle compatibility must come from your verified fitment data, which should accompany the listing.

How should I prepare used or oily components?

Discuss the condition with us first. We agree cleaning and safe handling before delivery, particularly for items containing liquids or residue.

Can you photograph all the fixings in a kit?

Yes. Send a checked contents list and identify which parts belong to each SKU so the finished layout represents the supplied kit.

Can I book a small shoot?

Yes. There is no minimum order. We can photograph a single product or plan a larger range, with the shots and price agreed before you book.

When will I receive the images?

Tell us your deadline when you enquire. We confirm studio availability, review stages and delivery timing before booking, together with the finished file formats and included amendments.
