The details matter

Dial, case and bracelet.

Keep the dial readable
We plan reflections across the crystal so hands, indices and dial texture remain visible.
Describe the case
Side views show the crown, pushers and case profile. Lighting separates polished edges from brushed surfaces.
Follow the strap through
Bracelet links, leather grain, buckles and clasps need clear views of their own, especially when comparing models.

How we price your shoot ↗

  2. Agree the shots and price

We confirm the views, styling, samples, retouching and finished files. You receive an itemised estimate before booking.

  3. Send your products to York

We photograph the agreed brief and prepare your images for review. Delivery timing and return arrangements are confirmed with you.

Let’s look at your products

What are you
working on?

A new watch reference, alternative straps or a full collection. Send the views you need and the finishes involved.

A product link or rough brief is enough to start. We will come back with a plan and a price.

questions.

Plan your shoot ↗
How is the photography priced?

We quote for your products, the agreed shots, preparation and retouching. Send a product list and the images you need for an itemised estimate. Packshots Pro is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT.

Can you photograph through an exhibition caseback?

Yes, where the movement is visible through the supplied caseback. We do not need to open the watch to photograph that view.

Can you set the hands to a particular time?

Tell us your preferred hand and date positions. We agree any adjustments and handling instructions before touching the controls.

How do you deal with reflections in the crystal?

We adjust lighting and camera position for the glass and case. The aim is a readable dial with enough reflection to retain the shape of the watch.

Can I book a small shoot?

Yes. There is no minimum order. We can photograph a single product or plan a larger range, with the shots and price agreed before you book.

When will I receive the images?

Tell us your deadline when you enquire. We confirm studio availability, review stages and delivery timing before booking, together with the finished file formats and included amendments.
